the breakfast was good, had a variety of stuff like tea n toast. the staff were friendly n did their best. the room was clean and comfy. location was alright for walking n near some shops. beds were nice but shower needed work.

The lack of staff availability during late hours leads to feeling unsafe!!! An improvement in room maintenance is essential, as several fixtures and plumbing require urgent attention!!! It's quite disheartening when little things detract from a potentially enjoyable stay.
